Diorskin Forever & Ever Control is Amazing

About two years ago I tired Dior’s DiorShow mascara and it was love at first application. Since then, I’ve been trying different Dior products and I haven’t run across one that I don’t like. The most recent Dior product I’ve tried is Diorskin Forever & Ever Control invisible loose powder. I wanted an invisible powder to set my makeup after applying foundation, concealer, and highlighter. I wanted an invisible powder to just set the make-up not add more color.

The House of Dior was founded in 1947, by Christian Dior. In the 1950’s Dior became a world wide success with the “new look”, a feminine hourglass silhouette created by dresses with a cinch waist and wide crinoline skits. Think Marilyn Monroe or 1950s Barbie!

The Review

In typically Dior fashion the product packaging is beautiful and its smells faintly of lilies. Using it makes you feel luxurious. The product comes with it’s own kabuki brush for easy application.

To apply you start in the center of your face and work your way outward. You should notice a nice matte finish and glowing skin. I’ve tried it both over make-up and on bare skin. On bare skin it reduces shine and some redness; but it doesn’t give you any coverage. If you need coverage you’ll need to use a foundation underneath it, or try Diorskin Nude Air loose powder; which is pigmented. I’ve used it as well and it’s also a beautiful product.

If you try it let me know! When you order from the Dior website you get free samples of your choice (who doesn’t love a free sample).

If you use any Dior products that you love let me know; I’d love to try them!
