We were in the mood for a healthy and hearty main course soup today. I found this recipe on the Spark Recipes app (great app btw) and it sounded perfect. It's a soup Mama Bessie would love! (Check out my post on eating like your great grandmother here). She would love it because it uses almost 100% whole food ingredients (it calls for sausage- which is technically processed), it was easy, and it's super nutritious! We all loved it, included the boys. I highly recommend it!
